... open, in a deserted shopping mall, so we went in. It was just gone 8pm, so I guess we were lucky to be served: Jette was thrilled as it was a Japanese restaurant. Not a favourite of mine. Oh no.
The udon noodles were evil, like looking into a prehistoric swamp with eels cordling about.

I got some personalised Mickey Mouse ears (which I was told I had to wear all day), some salt water taffy and some spicey peanut brittle. I also got an official Disneyland badge to wear proclaiming to all and sundry that it was my birthday. This turned out to mean that I must have had more than ...

... s hike. The area flows down a gigantic glacial canyon. We were at an elevation higher that Tioga Pass to begin our trek. Our group of seven began hiking at Mosquito Flat (elevation- 10,300 feet) to Long Lake (10,543 feet). The friendly dog ensemble of Maddie, Corona, Desi, and Collin romped trailside and around the breathtaking environs. We hiked throughout Little Lake Valley with Bear Creek Spire looking down at us. Blankets of wildflowers dotted ...
