    ... at 05:01.

Frank Joswig from the Freedom Fargo joined us briefly on the Princess - he has come over in his small inflatable dingy to say hi.

Feeds were ready and everyone was primed!

05:15 first stroke count was 52 per minute.
By now the light is just coming into the sky and we can see Bryan more easily now.

05:22 Frank came over to see us again.
A bit of a concern for us was the Lomprayah ...

    Thunder and lightening madness.

A travel blog entry by karl.harrison on May 24, 2015

... It was so loud with the lightening directly above iur tiny bamboo beach bar, that it felt like I was in some sort of thunderstorm hurricane. So first then roof starts to leak, second I fear for my little bungalow but worst of all, Mo suddenly started speaking in Thai to her sons. This had nev happened before, so I was convinced it was the end of the road. Hugo feeling the same ran behind the bar for cover , although he claims to stay dry, and I thought I would film the ...

The bikes in Cambodia and Vietnam have all been old and dirty, and very relaxed about renting them. ...

As usual I'm up before the girls, so I head outside at 7am to a dead quiet beach to read my book. We all have our free breakfast (which is awful), and me and Nat head out for another snorkel, this time further out and by the rocks on one side of the bay, where we see so many fish of all colours and sizes, as well as squid, sea urchins and even a blowfish! We get out of the sun for the heat of the day by booking ...

    Full moon recovery day

12pm, still drunk and aching from the party and my head swirls as I hear the girls chatting on the porch. We reminisce about last night then slowly get ready for a relaxed beach day. Hangover breakfast is pivotal for survival, so I opt for a king size baguette for myself and Nat had a hearty lasagne. Feeling well and truly beaten up and burnt, I play up to the day walker stereotype and stay out of ...
