The first is to make your way to the pier yourself, get your stamp out of Thailand, hire a longtail boat to take you to Myanmar, get a stamp in and stamp back out and then come back to Thailand and get a stamp back in. You also need to buy a crisp, new $10 bill for the visa fee.
