    ... the buffet doesn't finish until 10.30, and we arrived to the poolside restaurant to find 3 types of olives, a half a dozen Turkish cheeses, eggs anyway you like them, pancakes with crushed pistachio and coconut to sprinkle over the maple syrup and a host of other lovely fresh options.
