We had a slow start the next morning (for possibly the first time ever I was the last of us to wake up!) and went for a wander in Phuket Town to find ourselves some lunch and see what was around. ... for the "full moon party" . So wished them well and guided them part way back to their digs. Thought I'd finish this part of the trip with a few insights? There are tattoo parlours every where here in Asia and seem very popular ,especially late at night. Some even serve beer as you slump semi conscious in the chair while you get your "ink". Now that's surely a recipe for a very regretful and lifelong hangover? Flatulence . I ...

Christmas morning we decided that we would make use of the international calling plan we'd bought for my cell. It was only 15 minutes worth, but we ended up using FaceTime, which I'm not even sure uses minutes when you're connected to wifi...? Doesn't matter, the point is that we got some family time. My dad actually called us first, but that meant I got to see him, my stepmom, and various siblings and their offspring. Lastly my brother, mom's other child, came on and that really made ...
