... We finally got to our gate and to Greece. We decided to splurge and use my birthday present money to upgrade from the standard room which had no balcony or view, to a superior room, which turned out to be on the top floor of the hotel with the most amazing caldera views. We had the whole top floor to ourselves, complete with our own private sun deck area. Suffice to say we made good use of this (when it wasn’t too cloudy or windy!). The room wasn’t huge (in fact I think the balcony area was almost ...

Ya sas 2M, Today we have done a lot of sightseeing and visited some amazing beaches on the beautiful island of Santorini. We hired a car so we could see all the sites in one day! I was also very excited because Shivaun, another one of my friends from when I was at school, arrived today! First off we visited Red Beach and if you were thinking it is called Red Beach because it is red, you'd be correct! ...
