... was hard enough over the very uneven rocky path. (Not much in the way of a decent photo though!) Today we wandered through the ruins of Olympos...one of many sites that go by the name! It was fabulous, close to the beach and a stream...the ruins were scattered through thick forest and in many places overgrown. In Antalya we stayed in the Old Town which is quite a nice place with good food ...

... like the outside of any old building, but once you entered you were presented with an amazing example of a 1000 year old theatre.

Our last stop on this tour was the Dunden waterfall - spectacular !

We finished the day with a evening stroll through the city, one street we stumbled upon was Umbrella street (as seen on the amazing race) ...

*If you want to be able to laugh at the above line, you'll just have to go to Olympos and stay at Saban. So, I just realized that the last blog I posted did not synch from my ipad to the Internet, so the page long write-up I had has disappeared and you were left with two incoherent sentences. My apologies to those of you who use this to waste time at work (Christy). From Pamukkale, the town where my in-depth blog never actually posted, I made my way to Olympos ...
