... we were all BFFs. No actual speaking required!

Brush with fame of the day (I'm being hopeful by not writing 'of the trip'): We got to our hostel (luxury compared to the night before) and while I put on some more sunscreen Tom turned the TV on for the first time this trip, (this might be because this is the first time we've had a TV in our room though). ... Orthodox Church was full to overflowing; all the other churches appeared to be locked up tight. The citadel was locked too, shiny new padlocks on the new wooden doors. The narrow lanes are paved with polished limestone and were very slippery where wet. I wonder how many older people especially, slip and break bones on these stones.

Leaving the coast behind we headed back inland doing another circuit through the mountains that we love so ...
