A much better night with nowhere near as much noise. The bar across the street is open again at the crack of dawn. I think drinking is a big way of life here. ... we found some supermercados where we bought a ton of raw sheep and goat's cheese (I was so thrilled!) , beautiful sweet carrots (unlike the bitter ones that are shipped into Liberia), and SPINACH!!! I could not believe how excited I was to have spinach and to taste it. So we bought a few things to keep in our hotel room and take around town for dinner time.

... patrons. The residents also requested a playground which was denied. 70 of the residents car parks' were removed in order to build another bar. The areas was Plaza Del Humiladero. in April 2014, 1,5000 buildings were unoccupied (which is absolutely incredible considering it is in the heart of the city)!!! Even more shockingly, it is still being advertised to tourists as "one of the most important neighborhoods of old Madrid" as they attempt to entice people to go drink there!
Trained in to Madrid again for a final look and shop at the markets. Although we've had a couple of casual paella meals, we went to a local restaurant (La Gitana) for their seafood paella speciality.
