... to buy a painting........the guy took it off it's frame for us, consequently we had to walk back about 1km up to the Posta to buy a cylinder or box to carry it safely home in!! See what I mean about walking.......

We're back in our room now and will pack shortly for our bus and train trip to Venice. We stay one night in Venice and then it's homeward bound on Sunday.

... is similar to the name of the village today, Buzet. Ivanna pointed out a couple of abandoned stone houses along the way. She said that many of these abandoned houses and estates were bought up. The developers saved the shell of the houses and put in modern amenities & pools. They have become very popular getaways for those with 3,000€ and up per week.
