Bright start to the morning after a good night's sleep. A light breakfast and then off to explore Arles. It's a fairly large town. It has a Bull Ring, an Roman amphitheatre and it gave van Gogh a home to paint his Sunflowers. He shared his flat with his mate, Gaugin before they fell out and Goghy went short sighted! Found a patisserie for a sandwich....French stick with ham and lettuce. Sat down on park bench and realised we were sitting in the street Nostradamus was born....how's that for predictable lol. Wondered around for another 10 mins or so and managed to find car. Decided to drive home via Gordes who ...
