Houston, we're not Kennedy Space Center

A travel blog entry by jason934 on Oct 05, 2015

... After the tour we looked at the space artefacts and watched a few movies/documentaries. There isn't as much to see and do at the center compared to Kennedy so we left at about 3pm a little disappointed (spoiled perhaps at going to Kennedy first). For dinner we got some Chinese food and called it a night. The Chinese good wasn't that good - Sam had Mongolian Chicken (lots of onion) and I had sweet and sour pork (too sweet, or not enough sour ...

    On the road again...

Another drive today, this time to Seabrook which is 20 minutes south of Houston. It was a 4 hour drive and we were surprised by the amount of greenery and trees around during the drive. We expected more sparse areas, desert and brown. The drive took us right through Houston, and it got a little hairy driving through it because of some crazy drivers. Fortunately ...

The male agent hustles to print my bag tag and doesn’t ...

... pedicure, they are back to normal. So not only did I get a wonderfully relaxing spa treatment, I also walked away with the peace of mind that I was successfully readjusting to Houston.
Simply Divine gets my highest recommendation. The woman who works the counter can be a bit standoffish, but don't let her stop you from going. All in all, the service and amenities are probably the best you'll find in Houston (and the reviews on Yelp reflect this ...

    Goodbye to Friends in Houston

... racing, and so many more adventures, I'm so grateful to have a friend like T-Pain. We hung out with a great group of friends and had one last night out and it wouldn't have been a great night out without Kartic and Garrett!

Haha looking back at the few pictures I have, it doesn't give justice to the great Houston trip I experienced.
