... that depict scenes from the Bible and glorify God. This all actually seems quite weird since Bob Jones University’s brand of Protestant fundamentalism derives from the iconoclastic school of religious belief that was smashing elaborate and decorative works of Catholic-produced art in the 1500s and 1600s rather than producing it. But everything about Bob Jones University seems weird. Unfortunately no photographs are allowed in the Bob Jones Museum Gallery.

... clears them in your mind. We lifted off at 1:00 Madrid time. Our flight should take 8 hours, putting us in Philly at 3pm. We're now seated on the Airbus 330, waiting as other passengers find their seats. Our flight appears to be only about 75% full. The flight from Madrid to Philadelphia, unlike the beginning, was uneventful and didn't seem like 8 hours. We made the changes in Philadelphia smoothly and in plenty of time. ... Oak Island seemed to take forever. We finally made it to the beach house around midnight. My sister, Beth Ann, arrived several hours before us, and my cousin Joe got here right before us. ... Did a little celebrating with a glass or two of wine and had great salmon dinner. We ended up spending the night which we hadn't planned on, but we were having such a great time, we hated to leave.

Next morning we had a great breakfast in town and toured about a bit and were then headed back to the campground.

Thanks for a great visit Nance!!
