... where a few of the cats had captured a little field vole in their porch - we managed to capture it and let it outside before it became kitty food!
Once everyone was up and ready, we headed to the Indiana Dunes which was around an hour drive away and was sooo busy!! Darren still can't get over how it's a lake, but you can't see the other side and its HUGE!! We all sunbathed, relaxed, played games in the lake and ran up/down the dunes for several hours before it was time ...
Wednesday - We had arranged to go to Plymouth (about 1.5 hrs drive away) to visit family for the day. Headed off around 9 and picked my cousin, Lauren up then drove to Lynn's place (another Uncle and Auntie)
Lynn, Peter, Lauren and the 2 of us went and did some blueberry picking...Darren and I picked 9 lbs between us and ate lots too...yum!

After getting some sleep from getting up to see, what turned out to be nonnorthern lights, we were back on the road again. We ended up in a little community of Lakeville ID. It is amazing how green everything is here. The locals told us that is has been raining for the last month and only sunny long enough for them to get the lawn mowed again... and sure enough the next morning as we woke up is was raining. Finally ...
