For the last few days we have been up at the ski hills, getting better everyday and absolutely loving it. Keystone is huge, with the gondola taking 10 minutes to reach the top of the run. We've had some big falls but keep coming back each day and doing it again.

We crossed the Rockies over independence Pass with ...

Very pristine environment above the tree line. Not a good place to be in the middle of winter.....
Beautiful views and the Aspen trees just beginning to change colour as winter approaches....

A travel blog entry by dekr0889 on Jul 06, 2013

... I
hurtled through to the summit once i crossed the snow patch. The adrenaline and endorphin rush once i reached the summit was so sheer that all the tiredness from climbing vanished. Not to mention, the view from the peak was awesome in true sense of the word- it inspired awe.

I am not a camera savvy guy. I mean given a choice i would rather sit down at a place ...
