      ... after guzzling 75,000 litres of water, I put on my thinnest clothes and put 2" thick suncream on and head out. Outside the hotel in the alleyway, women were plucking and chopping chickens and also gutting fish. There was a hive of activity and there was blood everywhere.       ... Once on the bus he gave us a run down of the itinerary, but seemed to repeat himself an awful lot. He also liked to mention every hour how the chemicals the US used in the war killed millions of people. We could tell it was going to be a long day.
