    ... that was nearby. Unlike the modern cabs we saw driving by all the time, this black van is ghetto looking, like the little engine that couldn't. With time running short we had no choice but to hop in, telling the driver we are going to Mumbai and to take us to the domestic airport.     So a bit more time now to update you with what we've been getting up to when we've not been in the hospital!Last weekend was our first proper weekend in Mumbai, and Nikki's first proper weekend in India after our arrival faff!     He drops us off and it costs us 600 rupees, which we will later find out is a ridiculous amount of money, we give him 100 rupees as a tip which is more than the going rate. The cheeky monkey asks for 200 to which I replied " no".
