      ... and guests, seemed to symbolise the new, rich Mumbai where Bollywood stars drive Ducattis and Ferraris, contrasting the rest: 60% of the city's population still live in sprawling slums near the airport. Once again (this must be a theme for Mumbai) we struggled to find a recommended restaurant on the way back to the hotel before figuring it was in a different area entirely.       ... in the cab, we made our journey through the smoggy, dusty madness that is Mumbai.       ... countryside, the smell of freshly dug earth, if there was a plant in a pot I would go and sit next to it right now! A lady just through her water bottle overboard...shocked.
      The island allows me to climb to the top of mountain and stand in cool caves, although the atmosphere is still very close I feel calmer. The caves are in ruins and I imagine a stone calver and conservation artist's dream.
