... know each other but by the end they were sharing drinks and food and chatting away. A man who was traveling with his son insisted on taking a photo of us with our arm around his son. He was traveling to a stop prior to Shimla as his son was to take a final exam to enter him into an army school. An Indian girl who thought English in Shimla told us that his father was a farmer and had traveled a long distance to ...

... so we make do with the Lonely Planet one). Also we use the lift rather than climb the stairs which is fab as they really are a killer!! However we go past Domino’s and succumb – they do delivery and will deliver to our hotel, so a pizza and movie night it is!! Not up to the UK standards but still a change from curry and it actually makes it to our room reasonably hot! We bolt ourselves in our broken room in our sleeping bags to make this place bearable!
