... I will carry them all the way home and let them tell their own stories from a nice shelf .

I am currently in Virginia with a new front tire and new shoes. I'm bracing for the likelihood of winter weather ahead. I've hit just about every other obstacle that could be thrown my way. Whether it's one more or fifty, I will simply continue to do my best to close the miles each day.

We have been on the road for about a month by this point and we have settled into a pretty good rhythm with camper living whilst keeping a pretty fast pace. We have done about 3000 miles so far with maybe 9 or 10 thousand to go over the next four months . Our routine is often spending 2 or 3 nights per week in an RV park or state park, 2 or 3 in a Walmart, and one or two random eg. carpark, country roads etc. in short it would be nice ...

... enjoyed a delicious breakfast platter of buttermilk pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon and a cup of coffee. It was delicious as always. Our tour guide had phoned ahead and the restaurant was able to seat us all quickly. The three of us sat at a table with a retired couple Laura and Allison from Petitcodiac. It's a beautiful place to visit when you have some down time, to get back in tune with nature and meet some very loving people along the way. Where I stayed is near a huge lake, that spans a few towns including the town of Gaston, NC.
