Marietta, Georgia. My parents picked me up last night. People are fatter here. We ate at a place called Marlow's Tavern on the way home from the airport. It became apparent why people are fatter here. They sell asparagus fries. Asparagus battered and fried and served with mustard-flavored lard sauce. Yum.
