Also had another result, the jacket Di fell in love with, they didn't have in her size , so after buying my jacket it mean we saved $245 plus $400 on Di's so for once we came out in pocket to the tune of $625, lol We then rode home to discuss the day and a little break before going riding later. I was sent out ...

Last year the outside AC unit ******* out on us, this year our welcome home present was a failing water heater. Guess we can chalk that up to the pleasantries of Home Ownership. Anyway, the Villa is our castle, and we love the place.
