A travel blog entry by dkauten on Feb 15, 2015

Picked up the car at our friends, the Meadors. Hitting the road for Atlanta. Wow, it's been a whirlwind expedition! Feels like we've been gone for months. Can't believe how much we've seen and all the places that we've been in the last 26 days. I will certainly view so many of the places we've visited with a different set of eyes and opinions ...

Most importantly, I don’t want to wait as long to do what I just did. Take time ...

... Friends are unable to take more than an hour or so per week out of their schedules to just hang out because they have presentations, papers, projects, meetings, and other things coming up all throughout the week.

In many ways, this is why America sits at the top of the global economic food chain - such a culture has made us more efficient, even though we remain chained to our email clients and laptops (or iPads, Kindles, netbooks, or smartphones - ...

      Late evening flight

... in both my shoulder and knee. No worries though, nothing important was visible!

We arrived at the Crown Room in the International Terminal for a short wait before departure.

Our flight was long, almost 10 hours, and we both agreed that the service and food was the worst we have ever had on a Delta flight. We were in the bulkhead in the Economy Plus area and the ...
