This green touch along with the surrounding snow covered volcanos makes for a picturesque city with a small town feel. I'm still on a plane, by the way. This nightmare has a long way to go before I sleep for the first time in 36 hours. The new Quito airport is open now, which sounds exciting but that just means it's now an hour's drive to the hotel instead of 15 minutes. ...
