    ... about the culture. Back at the house Nicolettta put us to work. We began by picking the fresh herbs from the terrace. We all pitched in doing different jobs to prepare our lunch.     ... a carrot glaze which just melted in your mouth, followed by a pasta dish, followed by a veal dish with small roast potatoes. Dessert was fresh fruit.
