Another beautiful day of cycling. Not quite sure what I’ll do when the weather changes, I’ve been so spoiled with beautifully sunny days each and every day.

Ok so I'm getting a bit behind in my blogs as I've arrived at my uni now and want to write about that. I am having a really good time and re-living being a fresher, which is kind of funny! I also have my laptop set up now - yay! So as a simple solution I'm going to tell you about the food I cooked by posting some photos of it ...

Anyway, enough boring stuff! So the cooking school is a guesthouse and cooking school combined in a really pretty white building with classic blue wooden shutters. It is surrounded by about half an acre of garden, most of which is fruit trees and veggies which we used reguarly in the cooking. ... we reached the Mont. Took a strole round the place, and headed back to the van for dinner before heading back to the Mont for some ice-cream and a drink. Mont St Michell is an incredible place, a real achievement.

... front, this is where we decided to have a good seafood lunch, check out the pics. The food was excellent and i will recommend any seafood lover to try and order the unknown dishes. I ordered a large bowl of mussels, yummy. Anyway after that we walked around for a while and then found a shady park and decided to laze around for a bit, it is a pretty town, and a nice place to relax, and thats exactly what i am gonna do now. Tomorrow we are off to Paris!! sam!!
