Brace Jugovica 7 Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro
I have managed to smoke 22 packs of cigarettes this morning without even putting one in my mouth! More on that feat later. But first off, Belgrade is technically Beograd in the Serbian language and it means White City. I looked and I looked but about the only white I could find here is the people. Grey City would probably be more accurate since the buildings have built up a dark layer from exhaust and pollution fumes.

... mind-boggling stuff. i had a met a Serbian on the train ride from Romania to Serbia and he gave me a solid 1/2 hour history lesson on his country and the surrounding ones. i love the people the people that I have met on the trains. Often my highlight. i have to tell you about my last night in Romania. I had bought my train ticket for Croatia and that left at 5:50 am. i decided to go out to a club which didnt really ...
Belgrade, Serbia jabuofr... Strangely, it appeared to be closed. We wished we could read Serbo-Croatian, since there were very few English inscriptions, and for a flashlight, because a lot of the lights weren't on. A display about the start of the uprising contained improvised weapons, many of them just like the peasant weapons used against the Turks downstairs. Facing these across the room was a display of futuristic Nazi weapons. Continuing to displays of ...
Belgrade, Serbia stars... t be *****. However, since I had some time to kill, I decided to check out the foreign offices website (http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/) and see what it said about some of the countries I was planning to visit. I had got through Norway (had to be done), Macedonia and Albania before deciding to see Serbia's page. The advice was less than reassuring- they've changed it now and I didn't copy it word for word, but it was along the lines of; "Far right groups and ...
Belgrade, Serbia englishanddrunk... 3 weeks later. I could actually leave before my stated departure date but there wıll be ıssues ıf I leave after. I wıll make sure that does not happen. The last step of the applıcatıon process was sendıng a scanned ımage of my passport. I walked over to the owner of the hostel and asked hım where I could getthıs done. He smıled and saıd he already had a scanned ımage of my passport. He saıd he has to do thıs everyday. He needs to provıde the polıce wıth ...
Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro dinovagabond... clean, and a goody bag of soaps, towels and refreshments had been left lovingly on the table. I collapsed into the chair and smiled contentedly - my previous train journeys had been fleeting affairs, but this was the romance of rail travel I had come in search of. Though I was tired, I stayed up for a while in ord** to savour the exp**ience; when I did finally retire to bed, the romance began to unravel. Und** the hushed darkness of my bed-sheets ...
Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro tompsblogs... unconvincing in delivery. Not sure why they bother. Belgrade reminded me a lot of Russia. This arose from the customer anti-service, the fashion and the bleak grey buildings. People were gruff and un-smiling. Whilst in Bosnia the welcome greeting was also a frown manifested into a permanent scowl, but once they started to speak their faces would light up and the dry sense of humour would reveal itself. In Belgrade there was no humour. Only anger ...
Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro claude_and_iainThese days, days pass very slow.I thought that I will be much more excited about my travel in USA but I'm just not.For now I'm only worried about my state of mind since I really "love" flying :) My mind already made all sorts of scenarios, possible and impossible ones :) Hehe...in those moments it isn't good to be me :) I really hope I wont have someone boring person sitting next to me cos it would be just too much to handle :) Hehe...but it's nothing that one pharmacist can't handle, right? :)
Belgrade, Serbia and Montenegro edita... alot of pictures. It was a good birthday party for me. Small and good friends. December 22 (HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHRIS HUGS AND KISSES) Sam and Jon Potter broke the chair, what a surprise there. Everybody else is leaving really early tomorrow morning. They want to leave before 5. But I think I will wake up at about 730 or so, maybe 9. Kristina, Katherina and I are all leaving for ...
