In Aus they currently celebrate the Christmas season(crazy I know!), so the harbour was full of bright lights, fake snow, ice rinks and even giant fake ice bergs floating on the water! Tonight was also the night we tried ourselves some Kangaroo, and very delicious it was too! Almost like a very juicy tender beef! Now on to trying other typical Aussie foods like crocodile and ...

Heading South

Our balcony is right over the 'CE’ (part of the sign on the side of the ship - RadianCE of the Seas), and the balcony will be lovely to sit on when the weather gets better. Time just got away and before we knew it there was a compulsory evacuation drill for the entire ship, at 4.15pm. We hadn’t even had a drink ...

... though we were in our beach attire and everyone else would be dressed for an afternoon an evening ahead! After a quick ice cream all was fine an we enjoyed a few drinks and bowls with them before making our way home at a reasonable hour. With myself having football the following day and our bridge climb in the evening we didn't want any chance of feeling uneasy! It was the main attraction of our week and our birthday presents from our family - plus one ...
