About 1/2 into the day following the signs faithfully I turned onto a dirt road! and there was a second sign just down the way as if to say yes this is the way! ... from a farmer's yard, we stopped. We found some fresh steelhead at Costco, (of course, it was enough for several meals.) and bought it for dinner. John cooked it on our little grill and the whole meal was delicious. After dinner, we walked down to Edna Lake at the Nisswa Resort to watch the sunset. Last night we stayed at the Porcupine Wilderness State Park in Ontonagon, MI. Had a site right on Lake Superior. Arrived just before it stormed. Lots of people camping in tents and there we were sitting in our motor home nice and dry watching a movie and eating popcorn! Too bad for the rain, we were hoping to see the Northern Lights.
