Well we made it home, we had a really good time, we have seen an lot of places that we would never have seen if we did not have this motor home.We stayed in some good campgrounds, and some not so good. Meeting up with Jim and Fay in KY was fun, to bad the weather was not better, but we had a good time, ate to much food and drank to much Vodka and Wine.

Now it is time to go on a diet, lose some weight, and get ready for next summers road ...

... Kentucky. Now those of you who know me well MIGHT call me anti-social. No matter, I consider Izzy my friend and prefer to keep my feelings for her our little secret. Izzy's humans are good friends of my humans, so it will be fun for everyone.

At 9:00 am today we left home on the start of our motor home trip that will take us up the East Cost, as we head to Niagara Falls New York. The summer in Homosassa has been hot, hopefully some cooler weather ahead.

Swimming with Manatees

... them. And eventually we were swimming alongside a mama and a calf, petting their bellies and fins and backs. I wished I was a manatee! What an amazing and beautiful experience!

(I wish I had the actual manatees on film. Alas, I don't have an underwater camera. And I didn't want to miss the experience by being behind the camera. I added a couple movie shots you might enjoy, though.)

Preparation

Getting things in line for an epic trip to South America that begins next Monday. Leave from MIA at 10 in the morning on TAM airlines. Will have layovers in Brasilia and Rio before arriving in Buenos Aires 24 hours after my departure!
This trip will consist of medical rotations, photography, self discovery, adventure, and mystery. Will be gone for 3 months.
