Hellooo I tried to book an airline ticket with my card, this is one of the reasons I have a card, to book things online.
Anyway they unblocked my card I got my ticket and all is well.
But don't you love the banking system here. They are so security conscious that if you try to use your card they block it so you don't get ripped off.
Never mind I will be in Thailand soon, hot sun, cold beer and all will be fine with the world.

... well like the Who. Today they still have shows there and while we were there a man was doing John Lennon covers. Outside on the narrow street a statue of Lennon leans against the wall upon which every brick has the name of someone who played at the Cavern. At the top of the street is Hard Days Night Hotel. I love all the beatles stuff!!
That concluded our tour and I met up with my friend Derek who just moved to Liverpool for school from Dublin. Liverpool is relatively small ...
After a night of jet lagged induced sleep we traveled across the Welsh border into a town called Chester. This is in the county of Cheshire in England. Two countries in one day!! NOT BAD!!
Chester is famous for a number of things from horse racing to the wall that the Romans built in AD 79, that surrounds the city.
We had a wonderful day walking around the shops. The weather was a refreshing change from the Florida heat!! A beautiful day to spend outside.

its a constant battle to keep the poor guy awake or stop him using the floor as a toilet but its one the nursing staff enjoy.Particularly as Albert is worth £ 5 million, the owner of a huge biscuit empire before going crackers,"i love a custard creme ya know" he constantly tells us as he jumps up and down on the spot, naked.

... After that we headed west to Shrewsbury and Telford. Getting towards 6 pm we got a bit worried about where we would sleep but found a great pub at Wellington on the outskirts of Telford.
Computer time is a bit difficult this week but there may be more news in a few days.
Sorry no pictures this time.
... meal at The Lounge, run by a couple from Brazil. There is not much time or energy left for cooking on board. Sat 19th September Early meeting, followed by men's breakfast at Christchurch, followed by Personal Evangelism Training - excellent. Then a bring and share lunch. Then prayer on Days of Elijah. Sun 20th September Early meeting, then communion at Stone Methodist Church, where we had a warm welcome. In the afternoon we had brilliant sunny weather for our cream tea on the ...
Stone, England, United Kingdom jamesandhazel... my little barcoded colourful piece of paper was there all along.
My minded flirted with various courses of action until selling the ticket became a reality. Gumtree received there first posting from Mick Hanlon of Orange, Australia but after it was sold (literally 3min after posting the add) I realised I miss placed it again. I had to re-nig on my unsuspecting buyer, Sarah who seemed to take the bad news rather well. I phone later and I had a new ticket printed from ...
... for the most of the night. A few issues wiitht he timetable meant I caught all the Dizzy set and ran like all **** to get a good spot for Deadmau5., however sound was lacking so as I tried to push through, fellow patrons were quite ****** as you would be with someone pushing past but my line was “Excuse me, I need to get thru to ask tell them to turn up the volume”. This was well received and often a path fit a king was created. At this point also my aussie crew ...
Daresbury, England, United Kingdom mickeyj07... the rolling glens and sea lochs of Scotland we had urban depravity at its worst with housing estates and McDonalds every ten yards. The roundabouts were ultra scary; especially the ones going onto motorway junctions where a lorry could easily crush a poor cyclist to smithereens if you not carefull..just as well we are all careful eh!! We went through Preston, Wigan and then into Warrington. By Warrington we were ...
