Reasonable good hotel. Nice to have sheets and blankets instead of doona. Toilet flush is a bit hit and miss. Food seems to be quite good.

There were people everywhere and even though it was only 23 degrees (felt like 18) lots of people sunbathing and swimming???? So many people after our quiet countryside. ...

It was up bright and early today to get to the airport for our 7.30 flight. The journey flew by as we had strong tailwinds so got back in under 7 hours. We arrived home with just enough time to unpack before bed and at a time that should mean we won't suffer any jet lag! Another trip ...

... Christmas. I have become quite renowned amongst my friends for my 'Bah humgug' attitude towards Christmas, but even I was 'out-humbugged' this year. No tinsel, no tree, no decorations and we had omelette for lunch. Marvellous!
I really enjoyed seeing Mike again, and the other people who live on/ near the farm and neighbours/ workers, such as Andy, Melvyn, Carl and Dedj. I was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed getting to know ...
