    ... City council, hurrah! So email caught up on and newspaper downloaded we get a coffee and set off to wander. We like cities so are very happy looking round and seeing what changes thee have been since our last visit 4 years ago.     25th January Emily's travel transport f**k up's continued So I got off the train and was without any phone battery, with a bloody lot of luggage, and in ridiculous heat and humidity, ready (or not) to navigate my way to my hostel.
