... We decided to try and have an early night so that we can make use of our last full day.

On our last day in the Philippines, we decided to say goodbye in style by spending it at the beach. You may think, we haven't done anything productive whilst being in Boracay, but in all honestly, we needed it. We needed to relax after the hectic three days in Hong Kong and the three days of intense scuba training in Koh Tao. We also knew we had 2 weeks before we head to Australia and ...

After we took the tricycle back to the hotel. 20 pesos per person. 8th February We went to have breakfast at the Sun Villa hotel. We can have breakfast there because they are from the same owners. The bus ride gave superb views on the way in with the sun rising behind the rolling hills. I was shocked by how green and lush the outskirts were. It's by far the prettiest entrance into a city I've ever seen. It was ...

... their nightly outing. I walked to White Beach and turned right. It's supposedly quite a walk to Diniwed but I just intended to follow the beach. The heavens opened and it began to absolutely pour with rain. Wearing just a thin summer dress and sandals I took cover in a nearby beach bar. Turned out to be the least populated beach bar ever. I sat, on my own, not another customer in sight, and suddenly it was dark. The sun had set, I had not made Diniwed beach, ...

... I started to walk back with them until I bumped into Aline. She was drinking outside Bamboo bar she was with an American guy called Will. I stood and chatted with them for a little while. She convinced me to stay out. I luckily managed to grab another beer from the next bar along even though they had closed.

After we finished our drinks we headed to Epic which at this point was rammed with people. I had a wicked night their. We danced all night long and we got pretty much ...
