... a decidely North American meal, Subway. Lunch with no rice. OMG Just getting them to order was a chore. First they had to figure out the type of sub, then what bread, and then toppings too? Everyone seemed to enjoy it, if they weren't just a bit suspicious of a lunch without rice.

After an hour of seeing how far we could push our skills and the off road capabilities of the segways we hooned our way back up the beach trying to slide around on the sand as if we were on quad bikes.

Pretty much their job was to sail around the beautiful waters of Boracay each day. You too can do this, if you can live off US11 each day which was his wage. He was 27 and had been doing this for 2 years. Cruising around was pretty cool actually. The water changed from a crystal blur to a greenish blue as the water got deeper... Consistently amazing ...
