... the airport to Borocay, then moped around for a bit. Unfortunately the lady at reception saw us at the bar the night before. I hope she liked our dancing. Had a drink on the beach again, until the sun set and we headed back for an early night. We left El Nido on Sunday, going on the same 5 hour bus journey we had on the way at there. Luckily this time we weren't all crammed in like sardines. We sat next to a guy called Jez, who was quite interesting and we had a ...

... I sat and relaxed, catching the sun and having a well deserved break.
On this first day I can say I successfully swam in the sea for the first time
(I have only just started learning to swim). After a day of sunning, we headed

... Not much later we left after a real enjoyable dinner. We went for a walk and than went back where the real funny film 7 days 6 nights just started. 11th Andrea's cough was getting worse so first thing we did was to walk to the clinic again. Ridiculous that you can't get sirup here at the pharmacy now we had to pay the doctor 780 pesos (17€) (I hope the Filipino's don't have to pay that much) and than 350 pesos for some pills as there seem to be no sirup at all on this island. ...

... like a child myself exploring the jungle. Once we had seen everything we wanted the next thing on the list was to get the cable car up to the peak to see skyline views of Hong Kong. The entrance to the cable car was just outside the gardens so it was all within walking distance. As soon as we saw the size of the queue we changed our minds. It was a bank holiday so that's why it was so busy, the estimated waiting time was 2 hours for a 10 minute ride up the hill. No thanks. We ...

I managed to get to sleep last night around 3.30am. Woke up at 5.20am. Snoozed til 5.45am. Got up, showered, dressed. Got a taxi to the airport. It cost half the price of the taxi from the airport!! I arrived at the airport, checked in, hung around for what felt like forever and eventually boarded. By 10.35am I was at Kalibo airport. Picked up my luggage. Exited. The exit was saturated with people selling transport to Boracay. I chose a van and boat option for ...
