    ... the youngest by about 20 years. That doesn't bother me, though.

    After breakfast at the hotel everyone met in the lobby for a quick bus tour around Prague, and then a stop at Prague castle. Unfortunately the tour guide was a bit hard to understand. His English was actually excellent, but there were small miscommunications and he seemed to confuse his left and right (an essential skill to know when giving a bus tour). The bus portion was pretty useless, but ...

    ... azizam which means hello I like you very much. Then I crashed at Maegan and Negin's because Amanda was out with some of our other classmates. We're going on a boat ride down the Vitava river then to the Prague zoo, which is supposedly epic. Then to the museum of communism on Thursday which I believe also has a concentration camp that was a labor camp? Not completely sure but I will post once we go! Also planning on heading to Brno and Vienna this weekend! I love it here... Xoxoxox ...

    ... fresh gingerbread cake (yum) while walking around. Bought some Czech glass, then more gluhwein. Walked over the beautiful Charles bridge, rubbed a statue. Realised we rubbed the wrong statue so had to rub another. Bought more gluhwein ... are you sensing a theme here? It's purely for its warming properties I tell you!

    Wondered loudly if there are any crystal shops in Prague (haha ... every second shop sells "Bohemian crystal"). Back to old town and said adieu for the ...`s Pilsner time!!

    ... seem to be cutting off 'hunks' of meat and serving with bread; then I see a cross between a bagel and doughnut being cooked over briquettes - buy one of these -- and another selling a potato that has been cut curly, in one piece, and deepfried, served on a stick -- all interesting!! We walk back to the bus down Paris street which is the most expensive street in Prague - Cartier, Boss, Dior etc etc.....we take another ...

    ... which held layer upon layer of graves due to the fact that the location of Jewish burials was restricted for so many centuries.

    Another famous citizen of Prague, Franz Kafka, is memorialized in an appropriately strange statue by the Spanish Synagogue. The statue stands on a mosaic of a giant cockroach, and shows Kafka seated on his own shoulders.
