          On Thursday we traveled from Berlin to Prague by train. We got the luxury of sitting in coach (basically first class). There were 6 seats in a little cabin and the seats reclined all the way down. Of course we did the only appropriate things and created a giant bed.. Only to later get scolded by the German train attendant because our shoes were on the seats (German's are very strict about their rules).

          Happy Birthday, America!

          4th of July obviously isn't very important here in Prague, but the Czech flag is also Red, White and Blue.

          On the train last night we were in a compartment with 3 students from the UK and a young couple from Prague. The train had a long stop at one of the stations on the way to Prague (Vienna I think) and the couple from Prague said something to each other ...

          ... fact though was that 70% of the Czech Republic is atheist, something i found very surprising. Also on our walking tour, I met a German guy who's uncle moved to Germany 20 years ago from the one and only Cincinnati, Ohio. Small world.

          While in Prague, I picked up some absinthe which I've successfully brought back to Dublin.. Can't wait to give that a try. We caught a train to Vienna on Thursday ...
