One of the most beautiful places i've ever seen. Though it's expensive it should be. Luxury binding with old beauty and modern beuaty. This mix of old and new round with the mountains and yachts at their feet, that was really impressive. You can walk through the whole country in 2 hours)<br>

The most exciting two weeks! I loved this city so much! It's almost perfect for me and there's no such place where i could say i would like to live in as here. Well, of course there are still many places to visit, but for now Nice's the first. France Langue school here was very good for me - a great progress. ... in French are heard all around. The Caravan is a pre-race parade for all the sponsors. They ride the course 2 hours before the race and throw out various gifts such as T-shirts, hats, jerseys and other posters. Jim and I arrive late and do not catch any of the gifts as the caravan passes us just after it finished the course lap. ... 1st stop after about 2 hours was at a autogrill /service station, they are massive over here with chemists, resturants and even maccas. lol we drove for about 3 hours after that through Genova which was full on mountains and highway tunnels which gave you a headache after a while. they reminded me of the stargate lol the valleys ...

The marina there though is a showcase for rich mans toys, with superyachts with anything from helicopters to spa pools to automatic doors involved. We felt a little underdressed so headed back to our vans, which we currently call home, and headed for Italy on the way north to Salzburg!
