    ... are the tea finger sandwiches which are 1) egg salad and water cress, 2) lox, cucumbers and cream cheese and 3), the upper tier has scones and "clotted cream". I still haven't figured what that is. It looks, smells and tastes like butter; definitely not Parkay! My favorite tier, however is the middle tier with banana bread, raspberry-almond tarts, berry tarts, lemon tarts and orange/white chocolate mouse tarts!
