We've had an amazing time in Norway and it has been party after party, thanks to all these crazy Norwegians.
I must admit to some sadness in leaving, as we have been made so very welcome, and the warmth, welcoming, and generosity of everyone has been ...

... supermarket, a few shops, a chandlery and a couple of restaurants. Once we’d replenished our supplies there wasn’t a huge amount to do so I wrote some blog lines and Julie got on with Angry Birds as well as her book and emails. Meanwhile it rained a little and all was peaceful & quiet.

Around 13:30 Jake & Judy arrived and took a berth alongside us, inviting us for a return match on their boat later in the day. That afternoon we went for a ...

... just how aromatic the air was. It was lovely, with the smell of honeysuckle and roses predominating. At the top of the hill, amongst the trees, we found the standing stones. They weren’t much, in all honesty. As I said earlier, it was their situation that is most remarkable. Equally remarkable was that I found a tick on my hand! Only a tiny one and it had only just arrived so it was sent off again before it could start to burrow into my skin. There must be zillions of the ...
