... us for a while before he had to go, but the bush-telegraph was operating and brother Bjorn arrived to continue the support. All speak excellent English and we got some valuable suggestions as to directions from here forward in Sweden.
Aslaug is in amazing shape despite her 81 years, and her recent stroke, and after electric shock treatment (!) she is back again pretty much back to her old self. She certainly could still talk under water with an apple in ...

The wind had blown itself out, at least temporarily and we woke to a bright, sunny morning. It was forecast to be blowy again this afternoon and much less on Friday morning, backing to the SE and hopefully, a perfect direction for our crossing to Denmark. ... I’d only brushed against one clump of grass that I recall!

De-ticked, we headed back to the boat and had lunch and then, in time honoured tradition, lazed around and read our respective books in the lovely, hot sun. So hot in fact that we were driven to swim, twice. By now the temperature is registering 23°C on the Log, quite comfortable for swimming but cool enough to be bracing when you first go in.

At 18:00 we were joined by the Jake & Judy. It was nice to ...
