... fondant - it was perfectly gooey in the middle. Barry chose a Argentinan Malbec which turned out to have a Parker top 5 medal on the side. The restaurant - Humphreys - looks small but we were advised by the waiter to walk around the back - it could seat up to 350, and it was created into smaller spaces everywhere so it didnt look like a huge restaurant.
