... blessing in disguise as it was absolutely hammering down with rain and the previous tour had included an hour walking around castle ruins in the rain!

Third stop - Bed and Breakfast in Inverness with no breakfast and no heating! (doing well so far)
Heating was rectified (sort of - it turned off during the night) and at least there was a hot shower!

It is hard to say what we liked most - the cosy atmosphere inside, the stunning views or hearty Scottish meal. Susan had fresh mussels, a huge plate full, and the rest of the meals were as plentiful as Susan's. http://www.crannog.net/
