    ... of the bonfires....these are hundreds of bonfires in the streets of Benicassim. To hell with health and safety, in this small enclave on the Spanish coast, tradition wins every time! Most businesses and many homes build a bonfire within a small ring of sand and strike a match. By the way I have not yet come to the most dangerous bit!

    ... street...so through the mob of people; drunk, sober, and tired, Alex and I ran to the bus. We immediately fell asleep for the entire ride back to the campsite. When we got there it was freezing and everyone for the most part ran to their tents and got ready for bed because it was around 3, 3:30 am.
