      ... TV news in Britain . Our first glimpse of the place is a surprise. Descending from the motorway, we catch a quick view of a long, sunny, sandy bay with a promenade. We have chosen our hotel, Hotel Termas Marinas El Palasiet, because it looks easy to find, appears clean and comfortable and has access to parking.       ... The festival or fiesta honouring these two saints lasts two whole weeks! There is a printed programme for these two weeks and there are activities or events all the time, most of which are announced by a rocket (firework) going off.

      Everyone boarded the buses and we headed into Valencia for the festivities.
