    Makarska is a relatively new little town, built for tourists, and doesn't have the old town charm of Dubrovnik or Korčula. To us though, it is still a beautiful little town, with a good beach and some stunning views.     ... hundreds of 24/7 packed bars and restaurants. This is a good place to come on a group holiday for big drinking and parting etc! We stayed at a place on the edge of the town so we had best of both worlds really!! We ventured into the town on the hunt for Daniel (the guy from Zagreb) with just the name of the bar to go by....as I said, hundreds of bars! We found him within 10 minutes! Way ...
