... place for a hostel on the large side, guest-wise. And stayed longer than I intended. It was hard getting out of there, with my sluggish reaction to the humidity.

Saw the beach - beautiful - and let my guard down and got my first sunburn of my trip.

Other days...went snorkelling in one of the nearby caves - Gran Cenote - that the region is famous for - no photos as I ...

... Ts'onot" to refer to any location with accessible groundwater. It was quite the experience.

After we had snorkelled the cenote for about two hours we made our way to the beach and had an opportunity to swim with some turtles and sting rays in the outer reef and then make our way back to the hostel. The total cost for the 5 hours including lunch, entry and transportation was $45 u.s, very good value for money.

    Thanks for reading :)
