Must Thai was great though the sit ups and pounding of the stomach was difficult. Dinner wasn't big and was hungry afterwards. Went for a walk to the sea and down the road a bit before returning to camp. Doubts creeping in about sticking to this for four ...

Went to a lovely wine bar, hasn't had wine for nearly 4 wks so was very nice to get a nice glass. Few vino and a sangria later we went to Nanas for dinner and it was lovely. ... sun smelling a bit ropey so had some fresh fruit and water from a fruit cart, they are everywhere in the city which is superb.  Tonight Ian and I are going to find somewhere that sells something other than Chang beer so I can enjoy a few drinks and find somewhere for dinner that sells something a bit different as we move onto another hotel tomorrow again, the plan is to do the one thing I had set my heart on in the next few days and that is going to see elephants, I cannot ...
