Great budget stay overlooking the Pacific but close enough to Montezuma to walk if you are fit.

Kitchen for guest use, safes in rooms, view of the Pacific, amazing tropical garden and lots of wildlife passing through. Website has pictures of rooms if you have time to reserve ahead..... Steep walkways, short walk down the hill into town and beach.

      Good value!

Very good value in the off season. $15 per night for a single room with fan, safe, mosquito net and daily cleaning.

Really cool outdoor lounge where you can chill with Cosmo the cat or just be amazed at all the animals that live in the hotel area. In the first half hour I spent there I saw a racoon, howler monkeys, an armadillo and lots of different birds. All while sipping on the free coffee, provided by the hotel. :)

Very good value if you dont mind the small hike up the hill.

Got up early our last morning to do our packing in the cool of the morning. Before we could start packing, the howlers were sounding off and went outside and there they were in a tree right in the property! Spent some time watching them and then back to business!

Sometime later a bus came by, and on we hopped for the best

Of course, the real treat is to walk down the beach to Ylang Ylang , a hotel with a beautiful setting and dining area, the most upscale place we know about in Montezuma. The restaurant is open to the public.
