We followed him (or her) around for a little while as he(she) frolicked in the sea grass, occasionally coming up for air only meters from us. It was incredible.

Cruising day We slept in! Had a lovely breakfast in the Windjammer. I declined to try the black pudding. We went ice skating, then had a drink and our Drambuie shots for our anniversary in the Bull and Bear pub. We checked out some of what was on display for Freedomfest and I bought a Royal Caribbean cookbook. We watched the World's Sexiest Man competition hosted by Katie by the pool and enjoyed a piña colada with wildberry. ...
OK, 3 days in playa is absolutely enough. The beach is 'lovely 'n' all' but its just so horridly commercial (even the cenotes) and, call me weird if you like, but drinking beer and wine at 9:30am whilst people (me) are eating breakfast is just plain wrong. Despite this, I did do a bit of shopping and bought myself a bit of silver - clearly they saw me coming! In a fit of something or other and without engaging my brain, I wandered into a jewellery ...
