Today the tide was out and the beach went far beyond its normal limits allowing us to walk farther and view the variegated cliffs and the green, algae-coated rocks normally covered with seawater.     ... more like a lake. Lots of little cafes and bars line the tiled beach walk, as well as many little shops selling beach clothing and souvenirs.     ... gave it another day at Lagos, hoping that the wind would vanish again, but ended up deciding that two nights was more than enough and that we'd prefer to move on again. Further east, it's supposed to be much less windy and a lot more pleasant.

    Not too much to tell from yesterday in lagos, we had a relaxing beach day and got in some surfing and that's about it. We have met some great people here, had some amazing food, some how managed to not get sunburnt and enjoyed just being able to relax for a few days. So this day in Lagos (lagosh as the locals say) was filled with surf, sand and sangria, the three S's of a healthy lifestyle.
