... veges, sale and a birthday cake surprise for Kim for dessert. We went back into town after dinner, walked around some more and climbed the bell tower for nighttime views.

Korchula is the hometown of Marco Polo and has narrow alleys in a fish bone system. The left hand side alleys go straight to the water and the right hand side ones curve to allow for an air conditioning effect. The town has a link to Venice and is just oozing with history. We loved ...

Today's sail took us along the South coast of Brac which had little inhabitation but for the occasional vin yard. The wind blew anything from 3 knots to 25 in the space of 5 secs so no good for sailing.
