The main attraction from the Tulou point of view is "the highest TuLou". This one is a square building and it has one more storey than most do. It is also notable because they built it, unknowingly, upon a marsh and when they started to put the second floor on it started to sink. There are a lot of expensive shops and (presumably) wealthy Chinese around as there are many seafood restaurants where you pick your fish or shellfish and they cook a meal for you - nothing is in English so you have to guess and we ended up with a very nice but very expensive meal ...
