      RV Resort in Pharr was on the complete other end of the scale to the RV Park we
      have been staying in at Pumpkin.
      Hillcrest RV Park is situated in the Sam Houston State Forest. It is in a rural setting surrounded by farms.

      ... then got out and did another 15 or so miles and then I got back in the van, tough decision but I was afraid I would regret it tomorrow. Everyone else rode 100 miles. I rode 76 which wasn't too shabby for a grandma. I only drank water which I decided was a big mistake. Tomorrow I'll eat a bigger breakfast and drink Gatorade.

      The Hampton Inn we are staying at is very nice.
