    ... washing the eggs I went to gather up my things and pack my bags and then at about 10.30am I said goodbye to Deb, the dogs and the farm and Sarah and I headed off down to Minneapolis. The rain was still pounding! At about 12.30pm Will picked me up from uptown Minneapolis and we went off for some lunch! We went to a restaurant called Uptown Diner.     Minneapolis is one of those places I have never been, except in the airport. It was an obvious point to stop on our cross country drive with 5-7 hour driving days in the plan. Plus, we have a connection that we needed to make there.
