    I had packed a swimsuit and had planned on going for a swim after the meeting, but a dust storm had kicked up while I was at the meeting. I watched the dust storm for awhile from the hotel lobby as I had never seen one and then went to my room.     ... list will make you money. Will those newly rich schools funnel money back into support for the government. As college funding is finite what will happen to the very best schools of 2013? It seems likely they will lose funding and have more trouble competing.

    Are there problems unseen with this plan? In my estimation some of these ideas should be reworked.
